Hammer Heat by Cooksville Hot Sauce
This sauce was introduced at the Hamilton Heatwave Festival in November 2019 as a tribute to Cooksville hometown of Hamilton. The label pays homage to Hamilton's history of steel making and is titled with Hamilton’s nickname: the “Hammer”. Hamilton was Canada’s steel making capital and steel making is a hot business, so Cooksville wanted a sauce that packed that kind of heat into every taste along with an amazing flavor. It’s a tribute to all the hard-working people who came to Hamilton from all over the world and made it their home. It uses a varied group of hot peppers combined with spices to give it a unique flavor.
This sauce pairs well with chicken, chicken wings, soups, chili, and sandwiches.
